Season 56 wrap up, and goals for S57

  All in all season 56 has been quite rewarding for TeamTVM.
  We exceeded our main goal, which was to enter Nederlandse at the end of season, as we reached div1 in the middle of the season. In the end, the team scored 1714 points.
  
  On the positive side :
  
  - Reaching Div1 much earlier than expected, and managing to score 3 times thanks to Marzio Lagrasso
  
  - Rounding up 5 GC top5 on 5 different Tours in a row, and getting the Tour Contender achievement :
  Montelbano S55 : Lanzo Lagorsone, 5th
  Fast on Wheels S55 : Lanzo Lagorsone, 1st
  Haute Normandie S56 : David Slone, 4th
  Cymru Taith S56 : Lanzo Lagorsone, 5th
  Nederlandse Tour S56 : Marzio Lagrasso, 4th
  
  - Being the lucky guy with David Slone rounding up 2 podiums on Haute Normandie stages on the same day thanks to 2 BA and securing 4th GC spot on what is TeamTVM's manager childhood region's Tour
  
  - Finding a new HL/TT captain to replace aging Lagorsone : Cenobio Rollero will take on the leadership role for next season's Cymru Taith
  
  
  
  On the less positive side :
  
  - Scoring only 9 results out of which only 1 victory
  
  - Not having been in a position to target any jersey or trophy
  
  - Having misued our SP captain, Urmas Haapakoski, who failed to score early in the season, was sent on TF recharge, had an injury, and was used as LO for Lagrasso at the end of season, scoring a meagre 28 points :(
  
  - Having my 4th trainee in a row maxing below 105 training points :((
  
  
  
  During next season, we will target all Div2 Classics that suit our team, and a few jerseys (Porto SC, Cymru GC, Valparaiso SC), ensuring that for each target we have the right captain on TF.
  Apart from this main goal, we will be training 3 talents and hoping for more luck on this side !
